Thirteen Years of Focus: Building Full-Chain Strength in Precision Manufacturing

Established in 2010, LSLong is located in Beilun District, Ningbo—a manufacturing hub adjacent to Beilun Port and close to the Tongsan Expressway. Covering over 5,000 square meters with a 4,000-square-meter modern factory, the company integrates mold design and manufacturing, aluminum/zinc/magnesium alloy die-casting, aluminum alloy equipment R&D, precision machining, and surface treatment. It serves multiple industries including automotive, motorcycles, garden tools, lighting, power tools, and gas accessories, providing customized precision parts for global brands such as TSB, RIELLO, Geely, Chery, and BYD.

Technological strength is LSLong’s core advantage. The company is equipped with 8 die-casting machines, 20 machining centers, 12 automatic CNC lathes, and precision testing/post-processing equipment including flaw detectors, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), and dedicated cleaning machines, forming a full-process quality control system from mold development to final product delivery. In die-casting, optimized process parameters and material ratios enable aluminum and zinc alloy parts with dimensional accuracy up to ±0.02mm and surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm, meeting the stringent reliability requirements of high-end equipment.

This deepened cooperation focuses on thermal energy product components. As a global leader in thermal energy equipment, RIELLO’s gas wall-hung boilers and commercial boilers are sold in over 100 countries. Since joining RIELLO’s supply chain in 2018, LSLong has developed over 20 core components for RIELLO, including burner nozzles, heat exchanger fins, and valve body assemblies.

“RIELLO has extremely high requirements for part precision, corrosion resistance, and batch consistency,” said Zhang Lei, Technical Director of LSLong. “Take heat exchanger fins, for example. By improving mold flow channel design and vacuum die-casting processes, we reduced porosity to below 0.1%, and applied anodized surface treatment to triple corrosion resistance—fully matching RIELLO’s demands for efficient and durable products.”

Beyond technical collaboration, the two parties have established a “joint R&D” mechanism.
